Shipping policy
Shipping destinations
Maro Vellin ships to the United States and United Kingdom, to addresses supported at checkout. Local delivery and in-store pickup are not currently offered.
Shipping options and charges
Standard shipping is included at no extra charge for orders to the United States and United Kingdom.
Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final order total are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Processing and estimated delivery
Shipping transit times refer to travel after dispatch and do not by themselves promise same-day order processing. Review the order-specific estimated delivery date shown at checkout before purchasing. If no delivery estimate is shown, or you need an item by a particular date, email marovellinshop@yahoo.com before placing your order to confirm the expected processing and delivery timing.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or other delays.
Shipment information and delays
Shipment and tracking information, when available, will be provided with your order updates. Items may be shipped separately. If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we will notify you and provide revised timing and any cancellation and refund options required by law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and applicable shipping charges.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Email us promptly about an address correction; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. If an order is missing, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate remedy.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy sets out our final-sale policy and exceptions. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights to cancellation, delivery, replacement, or refunds that applicable law provides.
